Logitech wireless mouse? can i used old receiver with a new mouse?

I have an old receiver that the mouse is broken and a new mouse with the receiver is broken. No way to sync them so I can use the mouse with an old receiver??

Yes, you can certainly buy a new mouse and synchronize with your old receiver.
On the back of your receiver (it may be different depending on the brand / company) but you should be able to find a tiny pin sized button. It will read "Reset"
try that out you can even add a keyboard to your wireless receiver as well .... There are many options.

Can you buy a wireless mouse receiver without having to buy a new wireless mouse?

[RESOLVED] Logitech mouse/keyboard issue - Virtual Dr Forums ...

I have a fairly new desktop PC and have the Logitech wireless Elite Duo keyboard/mouse combo. I run Win XP Pro, 4 gigs RAM, 360 gig HD, etc.. We just had a storm here in SF Bay Area and the power went out for about 30 seconds. When the power came back up, everything on my system was fine EXCEPT that the mouse will not function. I changed the batteries, hit the connect button on the sending unit, and pushed the connect button on the mouse and no matter what I do, it will not work. I've never had a problem with it and am baffled. OK.. here's the question.. If I remove the mouse drivers that installed when I plugged in the extra wireless mouse, then it won't work. When I reboot since the mouse that came with the keyboard isn't responding, how do I install the drivers without installing the other mouse? Seems pretty challenging without a wired mouse to use. (the other wireless mouse I have is also a Logitech)
