Logitech Wireless mouse receiver work with xbox 360 controller?

I have a Logitech 2.4 GHz laptop with receiver wireless mouse, do you think it can work with an Xbox 360 Controller to use for my PC? If so, how can I configure it so it can recognize?

No, they generally require a driver that does not work with all equipment except that owns it.

I just bought the flamingo pink XPS dell laptop and I am shopping around online for a mouse. I am torn between the logitech pink wireless mouse of the microsoft pink wiress mouse. I am worried that the pink might not match my computer. Any advice would be great!
