I am a long time user of Plantronics products. I have used at least ten different bluetooth headsets for cell phones and the Plantronics Voyager Pro is by far the best bluetooth headset that I have used. It pairs easily, is very comfortable, has good battery life, and most importantly provides clear communication at volume levels that work for me even though I have a 30 dba hearing loss. What a great looking bluetooth. I have been through so many BT's in the last two months that I have become jaded. The fit and finish, outstanding, you can wear it all day and never notice. The ear gels were really great concept for manufacturer to add. I was was really excited about the product. Great looks and design but the down side, it worked poorly with my phone, Casio Elixim. Even on high in a quite environment you had to strain to hear. Unuseable in car in LA traffic even with windows up or on the street. Pairing was difficult and touching call button would not activate voice functions on my phone. Also never consistently picked up my calls with the call button. This BT won the 2009 CET Award, how? Currently using an old fashioned Motorola BT that works fine, to bad the Motoroloa's do not fit better and were better designed, would be better product. Idea, put the guts of the Motorola in the Plantronic's BT. For reference the new Blue Ant was also a poor performer with my phone, and the older Jawbone model was completely incopatible.
